Meet Mecphie, founder of KYLO The Label
Everything started when Mecphie was visually planning her son’s wardrobe for his first vacation. She noticed a lack of timeless, chic, minimalist resort wear pieces for a young boy, and knew the look she wanted to put together for her kid to wear but could not easily find what she was looking for.
In 2020, Mecphie decided to give life to KYLO The Label, a Made in Italy kids travelwear brand designed in Canada. She started creating pieces for parents who desire a refined sense of ease and elegance for their children’s travelwear.
Designed in Canada, and produced in Italy, KYLO The Label is a love letter to Mecphie’s son – Kylo, her muse, her source of inspiration and her drive to create a unique timeless brand.

THE HERITAGE
It all started with Mecphie’s Haitian heritage, a rich island culture that imbues the most meaningful elements in life—slow living, family, and nature.
From there, Mecphie drew her inspiration from anything that speaks to her soul, that makes her feel and want to create memories with her son and experience the world and everything it has to offer. It could be a secluded Villa, a beautiful fruit stand on the side of the road, or a relaxing lunch at a beachside restaurant.
From a safari in Africa, sunset dinners in the Caribbean and bustling cafes in Europe, KYLO’s luxury resort wear Made in Italy pieces are purposefully made for curious little souls and all of life’s greatest adventures, near and far.
